L.I.F.E. Connection Events

Learn, Connect and Create Your Next Chapter

Casual lunchtime gatherings for women

One Voice. One Courageous Step.

One Conversation at a Time.

What if one lunchtime conversation could help you reconnect with yourself, discover what lights you up and take your next courageous step?

L.I.F.E. Connection Events bring women together every four weeks for learning, lunch, coffee and meaningful connection.

Led by Sharon L. Bech, each gathering offers a welcoming space where you can explore the L.I.F.E. Framework, get clear on what matters to you and receive encouragement from women who are also creating their next chapter.

This is more than meeting for coffee.

It is an opportunity to learn, reflect, connect and move forward together.

Come by yourself or bring a friend.

Order your favourite coffee or lunch, pull up a chair and join us.

Your Next Chapter Can Begin Here

Life can change at any age.

Relationships may shift. Children may grow and create lives of their own. You may be navigating divorce, loss, a career change, caring responsibilities, an empty nest or an unexpected new beginning.

Your next chapter may look completely different from someone else’s. It might be about rediscovering who you are, finding a new purpose, creating deeper connections or finally making space for the dreams you have placed on hold.

Perhaps you have spent years caring for everyone else and are now asking:

What do I want for this next chapter of my life?

Who am I now, and what do I want for this next chapter?

You may want to rediscover interests you placed to one side.

You may be ready to meet new people, explore new possibilities or finally do something you have talked yourself out of for years.

You may simply know that you want more joy, meaning, friendship and colour in your life.

L.I.F.E. Connection Events give you the time, space, guidance and community to begin exploring those questions.

You do not have to work it all out by yourself.

Sharon will guide you, and the women around the table will encourage you as you decide what your next step could be.

More Than Coffee and Conversation

Our events are casual and welcoming, but they also have a meaningful purpose.

At every gathering, Sharon will introduce a topic, share personal insights and guide the group through a practical conversation or activity.

You may explore:

The L.I.F.E. Framework

Your personal values

What matters most to you now

What brings you joy

What lights you up

The dreams you may have placed on hold

The strengths and wisdom you have gained

What may be keeping you stuck

How to build confidence in your voice

How to establish healthy boundaries

How to embrace your self-worth

What you would love to experience next

One courageous step you can take before the next gathering

You will leave with more than a pleasant memory.

You will leave with greater clarity, supportive connections and a practical next step.

What Happens at Each Event?

L.I.F.E. Gatherings are held every four weeks at lunchtime in a selected café or welcoming venue.

While each gathering will explore a different theme, the experience may include:

A warm welcome from Sharon

Time to order lunch, coffee or tea

Relaxed introductions

A meaningful teaching topic

A personal story or insight from Sharon

Guided questions and reflection

A practical worksheet or activity

Small-group or whole-table conversations

Time to share ideas and experiences

Support from Sharon and the other women

Choosing one practical action to take

Plenty of laughter and informal conversation

An introduction to the next gathering’s theme

There is no pressure to speak in front of the group or disclose anything deeply personal.

You choose how much you would like to share and how you participate.

The L.I.F.E. Framework

The gatherings are guided by Sharon’s signature L.I.F.E. Framework.

Lean In

Give yourself permission to pause and acknowledge what you are feeling, needing or wanting at this stage of your life.

Rather than automatically dismissing your desires or placing yourself last, you can begin listening to what your inner voice is telling you.

Identify

Identify your emotions, values, strengths, interests and the experiences you would like to create.

You can also become curious about the beliefs, habits or fears that may have prevented you from moving forward.

Forgiveness

Explore what you may be ready to release.

Forgiveness does not mean forgetting, excusing what happened or allowing someone to continue hurting you.

It can mean choosing not to let past experiences, old disappointments or resentment decide your future.

Embrace Your Self-Worth

Recognise that you are worthy of love, happiness, respect, meaningful connection and a fulfilling life.

Embracing your self-worth can help you speak honestly, establish healthy boundaries and give yourself permission to pursue what matters to you.

The L.I.F.E. Framework helps women understand where they are, reconnect with what matters and begin choosing what comes next.

Discover What Matters to You

Get Clear on Your Values

Your values are the principles and qualities that matter most to you.

They influence your decisions, relationships, priorities and the way you want to live.

Yet after years of responsibilities and caring for others, it can be easy to lose touch with your own values.

During selected L.I.F.E. Connection Events, Sharon will help you explore questions such as:

  • What matters most to me now?

  • What do I want more of in my life?

  • What no longer feels right for me?

  • When do I feel most like myself?

  • What qualities do I want my life to reflect?

  • What do I want this next chapter to stand for?

  • Are my current choices aligned with what I value?

Understanding your values can help you make clearer decisions and create a life that feels more authentic.

Explore What Lights You Up

When was the last time you asked yourself what brings you joy?

Not what needs to be done.

Not what other people expect.

Not what appears practical.

What genuinely lights you up?

It may be:

  • Travelling

  • Creativity

  • Learning

  • Music

  • Dancing

  • Gardening

  • Helping others

  • Starting a project

  • Building a business

  • Volunteering

  • Spending time in nature

  • Writing

  • Speaking

  • Making new friends

  • Trying something completely different

You do not need to turn every interest into a goal or a business.

Sometimes joy is valuable simply because it makes you feel alive.

Sharon will help you reconnect with the interests, dreams and experiences that bring more energy and colour into your life.

Take Your Next Step With Support

Clarity is important, but change happens when we take action.

At each gathering, Sharon will help you choose one realistic and meaningful step you can take

before the group meets again in four weeks.

Your step might be:

  • Making an important phone call

  • Trying a new activity

  • Setting a boundary

  • Contacting an old friend

  • Joining a class or local group

  • Researching a travel destination

  • Applying for an opportunity

  • Beginning a creative project

  • Asking for support

  • Sharing an idea

  • Booking an appointment

  • Saying yes to something new

  • Saying no to something that no longer feels right

  • Giving yourself time to rest and reflect

Your next step does not need to be enormous.

It only needs to move you in a direction that

feels meaningful to you.

At the following gathering, you can celebrate what

happened, reflect on what you learned and choose

what comes next.

Supported by Women Who Want to See You Move Forward

There is something powerful about being surrounded by women who listen, understand and genuinely want to see you succeed.

At L.I.F.E. Connection Events, the women around the table can help you:

  • Talk through an idea

  • See a situation from a different perspective

  • Recognise strengths you may overlook

  • Find helpful information or connections

  • Build confidence in your decision

  • Celebrate your progress

  • Stay encouraged between gatherings

  • Feel less alone as you try something new

  • No one will tell you what you must do.

  • Sharon and the group are there to listen, ask helpful questions and encourage you to make the choices that feel right for your life.

Who Are These Events For?

L.I.F.E. Connection Events are for women who want to:

  • Meet new women and form meaningful friendships

  • Learn more about themselves

  • Rediscover their identity after years of caring for others

  • Get clear on their values and priorities

  • Explore what brings them joy

  • Begin a new chapter

  • Build confidence

  • Use their voice more courageously

  • Find support for an idea or goal

  • Move forward after change or adversity

  • Bring more purpose, fun and connection into their life

  • Have something meaningful to look forward to every four weeks

You do not need to be confident, outgoing or certain about what comes next.

You only need to be open to exploring.

This Is Not Traditional Business Networking

L.I.F.E. Gatherings are personal-development and social-connection gatherings rather than business networking meetings.

You do not need to prepare a business pitch or bring business cards.

Women who own businesses are welcome, and business connections may naturally develop, but the focus is on the woman behind the title.

We come together first as women.

To listen.

To learn.

To connect.

To share wisdom.

And to help one another move forward.

There is no aggressive selling, pressure or unsolicited promotion.

Meet Sharon L. Bech

Motivational Speaker, Author and Founder of The L.I.F.E. Movement

Sharon knows what it feels like to search for belonging and wonder where you fit.

After being separated from her parents and siblings as a young child, Sharon moved between foster homes and government institutions.

Her experiences taught her how deeply we all need to feel seen, heard, accepted and connected.

They also taught her that while we cannot always choose what happens to us, there can come a time when we choose how we want to move forward.

Through her personal journey, Sharon developed the L.I.F.E. Framework:

Lean In. Identify. Forgiveness. Embrace Your Self-Worth.

Today, Sharon brings women together to share what she has learned, create meaningful conversations and help each woman take her next courageous step.

Sharon does not stand at the front pretending to have a perfect life or all the answers.

She teaches from lived experience and creates a space where women can learn from her and from one another.

We Meet Every Month

L.I.F.E. Connection Events are held every four weeks at lunchtime.

Meeting regularly gives women the opportunity to build genuine relationships rather than having one conversation and never seeing one another again.

It also gives you time between gatherings to take your chosen step, notice what happens and return for further support and encouragement.

You can attend each gathering or choose the topics that feel most relevant to you.

Coming by Yourself?

Please do.

Many women will arrive on their own.

Sharon understands that walking into a new group can feel uncomfortable, especially when you do not know anyone.

She will welcome you, introduce you to the other women and help you feel included.

There will be guided conversations and activities, so you will not be left wondering who to speak to or what to say.

Attending may be your first courageous step, and that is more than enough.

Our Connection Agreement

We want every woman to feel safe, respected and welcome.

We ask everyone attending to:

  • Treat one another with kindness and respect

  • Include women who arrive alone

  • Listen without judgement

  • Respect different experiences and perspectives

  • Allow each woman space to speak

  • Keep personal stories shared by others confidential

  • Avoid giving unsolicited advice

  • Respect personal boundaries

  • Encourage rather than criticise

  • Avoid aggressive selling or promotion

  • Help create a warm and uplifting environment

Discriminatory, threatening, abusive or violent behaviour will not be accepted.

Sharon and her team reserve the right to ask anyone displaying inappropriate or harmful behaviour to leave.
