To create a world where every woman feels seen, heard and valued—and has the courage
to embrace her worth, use her voice and choose what comes next.

Through The L.I.F.E. Movement, Sharon creates safe and welcoming spaces where women can connect, share meaningful conversations and remember who they are.
Guided by the L.I.F.E. Framework—Lean In, Identify, Forgiveness and Embrace Your Self-Worth—Sharon uses her lived experience, speaking, storytelling, community gatherings and resources to encourage women to release the hold of the past, recognise their choices and take their next courageous step.
One voice. One courageous step. One conversation at a time.

The L.I.F.E. Movement stands for every woman’s right to feel seen, heard, valued and connected.
We believe your past may be part of your story, but it does not have to decide your future.
No matter what life has served us or what difficulties we have faced, there can come a moment when we choose what happens next.
We can choose to acknowledge our pain, understand our emotions, explore forgiveness, embrace our self-worth and begin using our voice.
We are creating a movement where women do not have to hide, pretend or navigate life alone.
A place where women can come as they are.
A place where honest conversations are welcomed, meaningful relationships are formed and every woman is encouraged to take her next courageous step.

Safety
We create welcoming and supportive spaces where women can be themselves without fear of judgement.
Every woman has the right to choose how much she shares, when she shares and what feels right for her.
Connection
We believe meaningful connection can change lives.
When women come together and share honest conversations, they begin to recognise that they are not alone.
Being Seen and Heard
Every woman has a story, and every voice matters.
We listen with compassion and create opportunities for women to express themselves in their own way and at their own pace.
Courage
Courage does not mean being without fear.
It is choosing to take one step forward, speak one truth, establish one boundary or begin one conversation, even when it feels uncomfortable.
Choice
We may not have been able to choose everything that happened to us, but we can begin choosing how we want to move forward.
We respect every woman’s right to make her own decisions and follow her own path.

Forgiveness
We see forgiveness as a personal process of releasing the weight of anger, resentment and pain.
Forgiveness does not mean forgetting, excusing what happened or allowing harmful behaviour to continue. It means choosing freedom for ourselves.
Self-Worth
We believe every woman is already worthy of love, respect, happiness, connection and a fulfilling life.
Self-worth is not something we have to earn. It is something we learn to recognise and embrace within ourselves.
Authenticity
Women should not have to pretend to be perfect to feel accepted.
We value honesty, vulnerability and the freedom to show up as we truly are.
Compassion
We meet women with kindness, understanding and respect.
We recognise that every person’s experiences are different and that healing and personal growth cannot be rushed.
Belonging
We are creating a community where women from different backgrounds and stages of life can come together and know there is a place for them.
You do not have to change who you are before you belong.
Possibilities
We believe another chapter is always possible.
Even after adversity, loss or years of feeling disconnected, one choice or one courageous step can become the beginning of something new.

We are creating more than a series of gatherings.
We are creating a heart-led movement where women can:
Feel safe enough to be themselves
Build genuine and meaningful relationships
Have honest conversations without judgement
Reconnect with their identity, voice and courage
Understand their emotions with greater compassion
Explore forgiveness in their own way and time
Establish healthy boundaries
Recognise and embrace their self-worth
Share their stories when they feel ready
Support and encourage one another
Move forward without being defined by the past
Know that they do not have to do life alone

Our vision is to create welcoming community gatherings, inspiring speaking experiences, workshops, resources, programs and future retreats that bring women together and support them through the different seasons of their lives.
This is a place for real women, real stories and meaningful connection.
A place where women remember who they are.
One voice. One courageous step. One conversation at a time.

From Feeling Abandoned and Alone to Finding My Voice
For much of my life, I carried a deep pain that began when I was only three years old.
My five siblings and I were separated from our parents. We were briefly reunited, only to be separated again when I was five.
What followed were years of instability as I moved between foster homes and government institutions as a ward of the state.
I never really knew where I belonged, where I would be living next or even which school I should be attending.
As a child, I could not understand why the people who brought me into the world had made the decision to sign me over to the welfare system, knowing they might never see me again.
That experience left me with feelings I did not yet have the words to explain.
I felt confused.
I felt frightened.
I felt lost and alone.
Most of all, I felt abandoned.
Those feelings did not simply disappear as I grew older. I carried them with me into adulthood, and they influenced how I saw myself, my relationships and the world around me.
Even into my forties, I was still trying to understand and process the pain of being separated from my family.

Then I met a man named Tim.
Tim was different from anyone I had known. He saw the world through a positive lens, always had a kind word to offer and had a way of making the people around him feel special.
Over time, I began to trust him.
I shared my story with him and allowed him to see some of the pain I had carried for so long.
One day, while we were talking about my past, Tim said something that stopped me in my tracks:
“Sharon, you can either stay angry and be a victim, or you can learn to heal your past through forgiveness.”

My first reaction was anger.
I remember feeling a fire in my belly and thinking, “How dare you?”
How could I forgive the very people whose choices had caused me so much pain?
How could forgiveness possibly be an option after everything that had happened?
At the time, I did not understand that Tim was not asking me to excuse what had happened, forget my experiences or pretend that they had not affected me.
He was inviting me to consider whether I wanted to carry the anger and pain for the rest of my life.

No matter what life serves us, or the difficulties we face, we all have a choice.
I could not choose what happened to me as a child.
I could not change my parents’ decisions or reclaim the years I had lost.
But I could begin choosing how I wanted to move forward.
I could continue carrying the weight of my past, or I could begin exploring what it might mean to put some of that weight down.
This was the beginning of my healing journey.

Healing is not always a straight line.
Years later, I was staying with a girlfriend. After spending part of the day together, we decided to go our separate ways and reconnect later.
As the hours passed, she did not answer my calls.
My mind began to spiral.
My belly felt as though it were on fire. I could not focus, and I suddenly felt completely lost and alone.
The intensity of my reaction surprised me, but the feeling itself was familiar.
In that moment, I was no longer responding only to what was happening with my friend. I was feeling the fear and abandonment of the little girl I had once been.
It showed me that there were still parts of my story asking to be acknowledged.
Rather than running from those feelings, I began leaning into them. I became curious about what they were trying to tell me and where they had begun.
That experience helped me understand that our emotions are often messengers.
What appears on the surface may be connected to something much deeper.

Embrace Your Self-Worth
A journey of self-discovery, freedom and possibility
one brave step at a time.
L.I.F.E. was born from my own journey. It's not about fixing or healing you.
It's about giving you space to acknowledge what has shaped you, reconnect with your worth,
and choose what comes next.
In 2015, I wrote and published my first book.
It reached the Amazon bestseller list, and a producer even expressed interest in turning it into a movie.
It sounds like an extraordinary success story, but there was another part of the story that very few people knew.
The books remained packed away in a box under my bed.
They sat there collecting dust because I was afraid.
Sharing my book meant sharing myself.
It meant being vulnerable, telling the truth about my experiences and allowing other people to see parts of me that I had spent years protecting.
Even though the message within my book had helped me overcome so much, fear was still preventing me from sharing it.
It was easier to make excuses than to be fully seen.
Eventually, I realised that I needed to live the message I had been carrying:
No matter what life serves us,
or the difficulties we face,
we all have a choice.
Taking the book out from under my bed became a symbol of something much greater.
It represented my decision to stop hiding.
It was my choice to honour my story, use my voice and take another courageous step forward.

I created The L.I.F.E. Movement because I know what it feels like to believe that you do not belong.
I know what it is like to carry pain quietly, to feel alone in a room full of people and to be afraid of allowing others to see the real you.
I also know the power of one honest conversation.
A conversation can challenge the way we see ourselves.
It can help us recognise what we have been carrying.
It can remind us that we have choices.
And sometimes, it can become the beginning of an entirely new chapter.
I want to create the spaces I understand women need.
Spaces where women can come as they are.
Spaces where they do not need to pretend, perform or have everything figured out.
Spaces where honest conversations are welcomed, meaningful connections are formed and every woman has the opportunity to feel seen, heard and valued.
I do not share my story because I have a perfect life or because I have all the answers.
I share it because I have lived through adversity, carried the pain of my past and made the choice to begin healing.
My past will always be part of my story, but it no longer has the power to write my future.
Today, I am choosing to take the book out from under the bed.
I am choosing to use my voice.
I am choosing to be seen.
And I am creating a movement that encourages other women to make their own choices and take their next courageous step.
You do not need to change everything today.
You do not need to have the entire journey mapped out.
Sometimes, it begins with one choice.
One honest conversation.
One moment of believing that you are worthy.
And one courageous step forward.
Creating spaces where women remember who they are.

One voice. One courageous step. One conversation at a time.
